Imported pigment. A modern version crafted from imported Natural Black Iron Oxide, not charred vines, our French Vine Black is neutral in mass tone and semi-opaque.
Rich but gentle cool black, with more mixing strength than the French Ivory Black and cooler, bluer tints. Shown here tinted with our Titanium White at bottom and with our Flake White at upper right.
French Vine Black is milled with the finest alkali refined Linseed Oil in limited quantities for a naturally drying durable paint film.
