How do I get your emails?
Just sign up at the bottom of every page under "Subscribe to the Vasari Newsletter." Our weekly emails share inspiring videos on art and artists, announce new sales and events!
Can I use a credit card to purchase?
Yes. We accept American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Mastercard and Visa. Simply enter your contact and shipping info, then continue to the payment page where you will be able to enter your credit card details.
Why do I get a message saying you don't ship to my address?
This message should say that you have not ordered a sufficient amount to meet our minimum shipping requirement ($100.00 for US shipments, $100.00 for International shipments, including to Canada). Be aware that if your purchase amount is in another currency, when converted, it must be equal to at least $100 in US Dollars.
There is no minimum if you visit, or send a friend, to one of our showrooms to purchase your colors since you will be taking them with you.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! On any order being shipped, within the US or internationally, just purchase the equivalent of $100.00 US Dollars or more in product and you will not be charged for standard shipping.
What kind of oil do you use in your paint?
All our colors, including the whites, are milled with the finest alkali refined Linseed Oil in limited quantities for a naturally drying durable paint film.
