Espial, a new series of paintings by Jane Swavely opened April 21, 2016 at A.I.R. Gallery. Suffused with the play of color, light, and space, this new body of work uses the language of romantic landscape painting as it shifts between zones of abstraction and narrative. On view in their Gallery 1 through May 22, and during DUMBO's First Thursday Art Walk May 5, 2016 from 6-8pm

A.I.R. Gallery, located at 155 Plymouth St., Brooklyn, NY, is an artist-run organization advocating for women in the visual arts since 1972.
